A few things to know
How is my video price calculated?
The selected model’s rate for your resolution is multiplied by the requested number of seconds. These are Framehouse’s current retail rates. Your account’s price is shown in the studio before you generate.
When is credit deducted?
For prepaid generation, the full price is deducted before the request starts. If the generation fails, Framehouse refunds that generation charge to your balance.
Are all resolutions available on every model?
No. Natural Skin (Minimax H3) and Crisp Skin (Minimax H3) support 480p, 768p and 1080p. Seedance 2.0 Fast and Mini support 480p and 720p, from 4 to 15 seconds. Other Seedance models support 480p, 720p and 1080p. Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.5 Flex support up to 30 seconds; the other generation models support up to 15 seconds.
What about AI Prompt and Video Upscale?
Generation and upscale rates are separate. Upscale Pro and Upscale Advance use the rates above, multiplied by your video duration. AI Prompt is available in the studio; generation rates do not apply to it.
